Week Eight 2019 – Composition: Leading Lines

‘It is easy to use Leading Lines to show depth in an image or guide the eye to a specific spot in the image. Instead, this week use leading lines to show the concept of infinity.’

The leading lines photography definition is a simple composition line concept.
The viewer’s eyes are naturally drawn along vertical lines, parallel lines, diagonal lines and even strong horizontal lines.

The end is near.

Week Three 2019 – Inspiration: Black and White

Our inspiration this week is to simply take an amazing Black and White photograph of any subject we want.

Every photograph that you can think of, has the potential to be black and white. It depends on your imagination and a few key skills. Every area of photography, from landscape to portraiture, have their own set of requirements when it comes to B&W photography.

See how we did, enjoy:

Some macro black and white.

Week Two 2019 – Composition: Rule of Thirds Motion

We are in week two 2019, time sure is flying.

Rule of thirds – The guideline proposes that an image should be imagined as divided into nine equal parts by two equally spaced horizontal lines and two equally spaced vertical lines, and that important compositional elements should be placed along these lines or their intersections.Proponents of the technique claim that aligning a subject with these points creates more tension, energy and interest in the composition than simply centering the subject. Adding to this motion has to be shown in the composition.See how we did.
